FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PURCHASING TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets online? Yes! You can purchase tickets online for every event. Go to the "events" page and click on the specific event you wish to attend then click on the ticket link.
Can I purchase tickets at the ticket booth onsite? Yes! On the day of the event, you may purchase tickets from the ticket booth, however, purchasing tickets at the ticket booth day of show are usually $5.00 dollars higher.
Am I required to purchase a ticket for my child? Children 10 and under are FREE! If they are over 10 years of age, yes, you must purchase a ticket for them.
Can I buy a ticket online after I arrive at the venue? No, online ticket sales for that specific event are no longer available online upon gates opening.
Do you give a military discount? Yes! A 15% military discount is available to active-duty military, National Guard, Reserve, retired military, and honorably discharged veterans. Valid Military ID, Veteran ID, or Veteran-Designated Driver's License IS REQUIRED. NOTE: To receive this discount, tickets must be purchased at the ticket booth onsite. You will receive the discount based on the online ticket price.
Do you offer refunds? All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
What happens if it rains and the event is canceled due to weather? The Pioneer Pointe is an outdoor venue and events held at the venue will usually happen rain or shine. In the case of a canceled and rescheduled event, tickets already purchased will be good for the reschedule date. In the case of a canceled event which cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued (less processing fees.)
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Can I bring my own food and/or drink? No, outside food and beverages of any kind are not permitted in the venue.
Are food and beverages available for purchase inside the venue? Yes, food truck(s) are onsite for food as well as onsite consession for beverages.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages? Yes! Several beer and malt beverages are available to choose from. You must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic beverages and we do check ID!
Do you serve non-alcoholic beverages? Yes! Non-alcoholic beer is available as well as soft drinks, spring water, and fresh squeezed lemonades.
PET POLICY
Am I allowed to bring my pet with me? No, pets of any kind are not permitted in the venue.
Am I allowed to bring my service animal to the venue with me? Certified Service animals ONLY are permitted in the venue with proof of certification. Without valid proof of certification, the animal will not be permitted.
My pet is not a certified service animal, it is my emotional support animal. Can I bring it into the venue? No, emotional support animals are not permitted and will not be allowed in the venue.
PARKING
Is there parking onsite? Yes, there is onsite parking.
Do you charge for parking? No, we do not charge for parking.
Is there handicap parking? There is an area to park close to the entrances for those who are handicap.

Are children allowed to attend events held at The Pioneer Pointe? Yes! There are times when someone may use a curse word, be it from the crowd or from the stage, but all of our events are family friendly.
What about re-entry to the concert area? Re-entry is permitted with the bracelet and/or hand stamp you were given upon entry of that day's concert or event.
Is there seating at the venue? No, The Pioneer Pointe concert area is a natural amphitheater layout, it is all grass.
Can I bring a chair or blanket into the venue? Yes! You can bring a chair and/or blanket in to the venue.
Can I bring my own cooler, food or drink into the venue? No, you may NOT bring your own cooler, food or drink into the venue.
Is smoking and/or vaping allowed in the venue? Smoking, including e-cigarettes, as permitted in designated smoking/vaping areas only. Not everyone smokes or vapes and some may get ill from second hand smoke or vape.
What am I allowed to bring into the venue? Lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, binoculars. This is a short list of examples. If you have particular questions about something not covered here, please contact us via email or phone for further information.
What may I NOT bring into the venue? Illegal drugs, outside food and drink, pets (unless it is a verified certified service animal), coolers, glass, laser pointers, tents, confetti, drones, (unless explicit permission is given in writing), unapproved pamphlets, handouts or advertisements, professional cameras with detachable lenses. BAG POLICY
All guest bags are subject to search prior to entry. This includes birthday gifts. Wrapped gifts will not be permitted. Medical kits and bags are allowed but are also subject to inspection. There is no size or "clear-bag" mandate, but small and/or clear bags speed up the overall process. Anything found in a guest bag that is prohibited inside the venue WILL BE CONFINSCATED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
